Listing, profile features, SEO, marketing, review aggregation for spiritual practitioners. Profile creation, business listings, SEO optimization, content creation, analytics, lead generation. Provide marketing visibility but don't guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Eligibility
Must be 18+, legally authorized to provide advertised services. Responsible for account security, accurate info.
4. Conduct
Use lawfully. Don't: provide false info, impersonate, fraud, illegal activities, IP infringement, harmful content, unauthorized access, system interference, harassment, discrimination. Responsible for submitted content.
5. IP
We own services, content, features. You grant license to use your content for services/business. Respect third-party IP.
6. Payment
Fees USD, due upon purchase. Secure third-party processors. Some auto-renew unless cancelled. You responsible for taxes.
7. Privacy
Info use governed by Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. LIABILITY LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID PRIOR 12 MONTHS. DISCLAIM WARRANTIES AND INDIRECT DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
Defend/hold harmless Spellsology LLC from claims arising from use or violations.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate. May suspend for violations. Survival provisions remain effective.
11. Law
Governed by US law and state where Spellsology LLC registered. Disputes resolved in courts or arbitration.
12. Changes
May modify with website notice. Continued use = acceptance.
13. General
Entire agreement. Invalid provisions severed. No waiver from non-enforcement.
PsychicReview.org (Spellsology LLC) refund policy for listing, SEO, digital marketing. Purchasing = agreement.
2. Window
7-day refund period from purchase for eligible services not delivered/implemented/utilized. Requirements: request within 7 days, services not delivered/published, no custom work, account good standing, valid payment, valid reason.
3. Service Conditions
Listing: Refundable only if profile not published, no review collection, no SEO work, not submitted to directories. SEO/Marketing: Only if no optimization, campaigns, research, content, backlink work. Custom: Only if no graphics, written content, design, multimedia created.
4. Non-Refundable
Published: Live listings, active profiles, implemented SEO, launched campaigns, published content, initiated review collection, directory submissions. Completed: Custom graphics, written content, photo/video, marketing materials, websites, research. Third-party: Subject to third-party policies.
5. Process
Contact ava@psychicreview.org within 7 days with: full name, account email, order number, purchase date/amount, detailed reason, service discontinuation confirmation. Reviews take 2-3 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds processed 5-7 business days to original payment. Processing fees may not be refundable. International may have additional non-refundable fees.
7. Partial
Prorated refunds may be offered for partially delivered services at discretion. Subscriptions may receive unused portion refunds.
8. Disputes
Contact before chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension. Actively dispute invalid chargebacks.
9. Modifications
May offer service modifications/upgrades instead of refunds.
Welcome partnerships, integrations, affiliate inquiries, bulk service discussions for organizations/agencies.
6. Feedback
Value feedback for improvements. "Feedback - [Topic]" for suggestions. Report inappropriate content/suspicious activity with "Report - [Issue Type]"
7. International
Assist international users, provide accessibility support. Contact for assistance with access barriers/accommodation needs.
8. Security
Avoid sensitive info in emails (credit cards, SSN, passwords). Use original email threads for follow-ups. Mark urgent "URGENT" in subject. Automated confirmations provide reference numbers.

Operates with full compliance to applicable federal, state, local regulations governing digital commerce and consumer protection. Maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, established business protocols protecting service providers and consumers. All business operations conducted per industry best practices and legal requirements. Committed to transparency, ethical practices, maintaining highest professional service delivery standards. Reserves all rights under applicable law, maintains full legal compliance across operational jurisdictions.
